Curative and preventive action on hydraulic installations and equipment
AQUA4D® technology solves the most recurrent problems in water pipes, cleaning lines and other hydraulic systems: limescale and biofilm – all without chemicals or costly maintenance.
Limestone treatment
In its natural form, the CaCO3 limestone present in water crystallizes in an encrusting and agglomerating form: calcite.
AQUA4D® technology acts on the crystalline structure of CaCO3 limestone, transforming it into a brittle, non-agglomerating state known as aragonite, preventing it from adhering to surfaces.
Ferrobacteria treatment
Ferrobacteria are microorganisms that derive their energy from iron oxidation. They can proliferate in water containing iron concentrations as low as 0.1 mg/L and cause the following problems:
- bad odours
- clogging of pipes and equipment by the biofilm they generate
The AQUA4D® process eliminates biofilm.
Alternative to softeners
Chemical-free, low-maintenance and space-saving, the system can be installed directly on the network for curative and preventive action.
This means less equipment (softeners, filters, osmosis units, etc.), fewer consumables, better equipment performance and longer service life.
