ALLSTRIP

Universal NEP-FREE solvent used in ultrasonic processes to quickly eliminate all organic compounds.

Solvent based product for removing glues, polishes, waxes, dyes and monomer residues from mineral and plastic glasses, mainly used in precision and ophthalmic optics.

Compatible with a wide range of materials, the product is suitable for: Quartz, BK7, B270, Flat glass, KG2 filter, Germanium, RG850, N-FK51A, N-LAK9, N-LAF2, N-PSK53A, N-LASF44, N-LAK22, N-BAF51, BG40

PRECIOPTIC 18.22

Micro-cleaning of precision optics before Hard-Coat

PRECIOPTIC 18.22 22 has been developed for ultrasonic cleaning of cerium oxide, fingerprints and organic residue on sensitive glass used in precision optics, where most detergents contain chemicals which can negatively interact with the parts:

  • Acidic compounds can cause an ion-exchange reaction resulting in the formation of holes, or pitting of the surface
  • Alkaline compounds are difficult to rinse and leave marks on the surface
  • Phosphates combine with the surface also generating residual layers
  • Detergent conductivity may also have an effect on the dielectric constant of the material

PRECIOPTIC 18.22 due its characteristics (phosphate-free, pH 11, conductivity lower than 1 mS/cm, low temperature use), achieves excellent cleaning results while avoiding these shortcomings, hence, avoiding any changes of the refractive index of glass which could alter its optical properties.

 

Nanoclean 2018

The NANOCLEAN 2018 has been developed for the ultrasonic cleaning of cerium oxide, fingerprints and organic residues on sensitive substrates in precision and ophthalmic optics. Its mild formulation allows anti-reflection layered substrates to be cleaned, without attacking the hard coat.

With a pH of 9,5 and a conductivity below 1 mS/cm, NANOCLEAN 2018 is also free from phosphates and complexing agents making it particularly suited for sensitive substrates which would have their optical properties altered by other detergents.

In addition, NANOCLEAN 2018 is particularly easy to rinse off and can therefore be used not only for cleaning, but also as a finishing product, for a spot-free and hydrophilic finish of the parts surface.

 

Optical XII

Optical XII, is an alkaline detergent used in US processes to remove aluminum oxide, cerium oxide, fingerprints and dust prior to hard coating, on mineral lenses like H-LAF3, Ge, N-LA-K8, N-LAK14, N-LAK21, H-ZF6, S-BSM28, S-FPL53. N-FK51A, S-FSL5, N-PSK57, N-LASF46BQ1.
